They are looking to recruit a commercially focused Finance Director, with a hands-on approach.  Reporting to the CEO, with a dotted line to the Group CFO, you will be a key board member as well as lead the finance function, providing commercial support and challenge. 

This is an ideal position to contribute to a strategically focused growth plan, whilst having some M&A exposure. The company has its head office in the East Midlands with several regional offices This is a hybrid role with some homeworking possible - your location can be flexible at one of the offices, providing you are willing to travel on occasions.

The Group CFO is looking to recruit a Global Financial Controller, in what is a newly created position, to spearhead the group financial control team that are located across multiple sites.
